I. Use Proxy Server
1. Download and install Firefox if you have not already.
2. Flow this steps.
3. Click Here For Free Proxies and note some proxy and port.
4. Open firefox Click on Tools and select "Options".
5. Click on the General tab and then the Connection Settings button.
6. Click the radio button for Manual proxy configuration.
7. Type in the proxy IP address and port that you wrote down.
8. Check the box for Use this proxy for all protocols.(if dose not work uncheck it)
9 Now you are done. Click on the OK button until you are back to the main FireFox window.
II. Use Hide IP NG.
1. Download Hide IP NG Here.
2. Install Hide IP NG If you like this software then you can buy a product key or try this software as a shareware software.
3. Run Hide IP NG.
4. Open Internet explorer and enjoy anonymous surfing.

III. Setup a Proxy Server on Your Home PC.
1. Download this zip file Click Here and unzip it.
2. Go to bin folder right click on Setup.bat then Edit, a notepad will open with this text

3. Replace your email Id with Your_Id@example.com If you want to customize it then flow this table.

4. After customize save it and copy everything on bin folder then paste it on your windows folder to find windows folder go to start then run type %windir% and press enter a pop up will open your windows folder.
5. After copy done run Setup.bat file from windows folder or open command prompt and write Setup.bat and press enter this will install Delegate Proxy Server.
6. Restart your computer (not recommended).
7. After restart connect internet then open command prompt type ipconfig /all and press enter, after command complete mark and copy IP Address of your PPP adapter or go to http://www.ip-adress.com/ and note your IP address this is your proxy server IP by default your proxy server Port number will 8080.
8. Put your proxy server IP and Port number from where you want to access blocaked sites.
How to Setup Proxy and Port Number?
1. For Internet Explorer.
Select Internet Explorer / Tools / Internet options /Connections / LAN Settings / Use a proxy server. In the Address field enter the Proxy Host IP address and in the port field enter
8080. Check Bypass server for local (Intranet) addresses.
2. For Firefox.
1. Download Firefox if you haven't.
2. Open Firefox go to Tools>Options
3. A pop up will open Click on Advance tab then click on Network tab Click on Settings.
4. A pop up will open check on Manual Proxy Configuration.
5. Type in the proxy and port.
6. Check the box Use this proxy for all protocols.(if dose not work leave it blank)
7. Click on the OK button until you are back to the main Firefox window.
3. For the computer with modem.
select Internet Explorer / Tools/ Internet Options / Connections / Dial-up Settings / Click on
the Set up button and enter proxy server IP and port as in the above item and uncheck Automatically detect settings.
4. For the computer running DeleGate (Your Proxy Server).
Just Use this IP 127.0.0.1 and Port 8080.
How to control this Proxy Server?
Go To Control Panel>> Administrative Tools>> Services
Double click on DeleGate Server -P8080 a pop up will open now you can Start, Stop or Pause and resume your server.
NOTE:
1. I configure setup file for Bridge Connection Using ADSL modem or Static Route, If you are connected to Internet in some other process then Please read this.

2. Do not disconnect your internet connection during you using your proxy server.
3. Do not Standby your your proxy server during you using your proxy server.
4. Dy default it is a http server if you want to start ftp or socks or more type of server then run flowing command in command prompt.

IV. Use google as a proxy server
Many jobs and schools (countries?) block access to certain sites. However, it is very difficult for anybody to block access to google. By using google with either of these two methods, you can gain access to blocked sites very easily.
Blocked web site, huh? Need a proxy?
I am not a big fan of chasing free, open proxies all over the place. I use google instead. Here I describe what I believe is an uncommon way for bypassing blocked sites using google.
1: The first and most common way of using google to bypass blocked sites is just to search for the site and then clicked the “cached” link that appears on google. Easy, simple, and frequently works for static information.
2: Passing the site through google translator works well as well. Here’s the URL to use:
http://translate.google.com/translate?prev=hp&hl=en&u=www.blockedsite.com
(where blockedsite.com is the site that you wish to visit)
This translates the site from english to english and works because the ip address will appear as google instead of you. Here’s a link to You Tube passed through the translator as an example. You can actually do this with any langpair. Change enen in the URL above to spanish by using eses and it still works.
3: My unique method that I have not seen described before is to search through google mobile. Google mobile will “convert as you go” very similiar to the translation method above.
Just search for your site with google mobile and click on the link it provides. Here’s is Yahoo Mail brought up through google mobile search. Once again, this will allow you to bypass any blocks because the IP request comes from google not for you.
Like the translation method above, google will continue to “proxy” as you continue to visit links through the site. The only side effect of this method is that google formats the site for a mobile device.
